On NGO-ism

?The NGO-ization of politics threatens to turn resistance into a well-mannered, reasonable, salaried, 9-to-5 job. With a few perks thrown in. Real resistance has real consequences. And no salary.?

Hmmm.. I still believe NGOs have far more idealism and concrete action than their groups. :)

It would be wrong to generalize that resistance in the form of NGOs can never be REAL. Well, I would prefer to have these 'salaried ' NGO workers who helps people to help themselves rather that these so-called 'servants of the people' who only lead them astray. They may have the legitimate issues but got no concrete solutions to these problems.

Anyway, I'd be taking this up in my blog. :)

By the way, I had already added you to my blogroll, I had found your link in my former blog named Frustrated Writer.

anu pa man.
